REABILITA | Real Estate in Lisbon

Not a classic real estate developer. And not an architecture studio either. It’s something else. Exactly that.

Founded in Lisboa, Reabilita has spent the past 18 years with its hands in the work, bringing together architecture, engineering, management, and craftsmanship on a daily basis. All because homes matter and deserve to be treated with care and proximity. Projects and business are carried out with rigor, but also with a human touch.

The renovation of the city center was our starting point. And motorbikes were our best friends. Over time, like everything else, our direction evolved. Today, we mainly develop new buildings, following the entire process: from the foundations to the final detail.

A group of people with different backgrounds and from various places, united by the enthusiasm to create beautiful and meaningful spaces.

Engineers, architects and managers are part of our team. But what truly connects us is the search for the right home, one we would want to live in ourselves. A perspective that ranges from the scale of the city to the smallest detail, from the horizon to the door handle. It’s within this balance that we work, everyday.
